No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu Classes
In these classes, you'll learn the increasingly popular and accessible game of no-gi grappling/BJJ. This can be trained for starters with just workout clothes and typically involves more leg locks and wrestling skills amongst many other adjustments from the gi tradition.
This class focuses on the practical application of BJJ in competition or recreational settings. Join our supportive community and experience the incredible benefits of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu first hand.
Combatives Self Defence
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a great base for self-defence, however certain techniques need to be adapted and added when dealing with a real-life combat situation.
Our Combatives class is the perfect place to do this and will prepare you to defend yourself and others should you find yourself needing to use your skills.
Wrestling Classes
In our Wrestling classes we focus on the skills of taking down opponents from a standing position, whilst also defending your opponents takedown attempts.
This is something very crucial when training BJJ, which is why we dedicate a specific weekly class to it.
Weekly Yoga Class

Bring your enthusiasm, share the mats with like-minded individuals, and become part of our supportive community of BJJ practitioners.
Try the no-gi foundation class or the combatives class; these both cater to beginners. If there is space and one coming up soon, you can also join our beginner course
We do our best to make things affordable, that means flexible memberships and we don't require you to buy expensive equipment. Just your workout clothes will do to get started.
No, prior fitness level is not a requirement. Jiu-jitsu is a dynamic martial art that can be adapted to various fitness levels. Our classes are designed to help individuals improve their physical conditioning over time. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, our instructors will work with you to tailor the training to your abilities.
We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire, such as a t-shirt and shorts or leggings to no-gi, wrestling or combatives classes. You can borrow a gi for your first gi class, but after that you will be required to buy your own. Also, bring a drink!
Gi jiu-jitsu involves practitioners wearing traditional martial arts uniforms (gis), while no-gi jiu-jitsu is practiced without the gi, often in athletic wear such as rash guards and grappling shorts. Both styles focus on ground grappling and submission techniques.
